Frequently Asked Questions
How do I organize login information for all of my students?
I would suggest to have the login information for each student on an index card. Then hole punch the card and keep on a binder ring. This makes it easy to keep the cards together and when they are needed you can hand the card to the student. Other suggestions have been to put login information on the students desk or keeping all information on a clip board. (It may be challenging at first, but after a while many students will memorize their login information.)
How can younger students be involved in this project?
Students of all ages and abilities can use digital storytelling with some modifications. For the younger students, especially Kindergarten, I would suggest creating a lot of whole class stories using the SMART board. If you are ready to have students work more independently, you can develop a writing buddy partnership with the older students. (Room 202 is always available to help!)
